My kind of exercise

So the real question is... how do I get a good amount of exercise without realizing it is exercise? Enter: soccer. Soccer allows for a great deal of enjoyment while getting decent exercise and not realizing it. Now how do I get someone to play soccer with me on a regular basis? Enter: Peterino. Peter and I have gotten some good hardcore juggling in lately. New problem: Peterino is sidelined temporarily due to a Shaq-like big toe injury. What to do now? Enter: the neighbor kids, Omar and Aubrey, ages 11 and 9, respectively. Omar will come to my apt and insist I play soccer with him until the sun goes down. Normally I join him and it is enjoyable. Omar likes to talk A LOT of trash and it can be entertaining sometimes, but we are now trying to convince him that girls don't like it when they're pushed around for no reason, which he only half believes. Aubrey seems to be a quick learner, altho she is tiny and so it is dangerous to dribble around her cuz i swear her head is about knee-height. So for those trying to get good exercise without putting yourself through the rigors of bland running: go talk to Omar, he'll show you how to play, and you'll leave with some new ways to talk trash.

Moving Escapades

So up until last Friday, I lived by myself. Now, within a month, I'll have two different roommates/housemates, plus two new dog friends. My friend Peter just moved into my apt for the time being, until he starts to fight wildfires. Then, at the beginning of May, I'll be moving into the basement of my friend Jeff's house. That's right, the basement, where everyone expects me to end up. Crazy moving ahead! So the real question is, how many friends out here do I have on the level where they will help me move? The true test is nigh! Oh, and as a side note, don't park in front of Levi's driveway. Have some respect.
